Returns and exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are possible only within 30 days of receiving the product.
Required Fees Other Than the Price:
・Shipping Fee & Handling Fee
(shipping is carried out by FedEx International, Yamato or Japan Post depending on your location and varies by wight.
・Tariffs and inbound duties. (these are charged 15% of the value of the package and we calculate it within the total cost of the shipping and pay as DDP so you dont need to worry, just pay the shipping fee!
